Bill.com is a provider of cloud-based software that automates back-office financial operations for small and midsize businesses. My role as Sr. Experience Designer was to multitask solutions daily for a seamless customer sign-up and onboarding process. eScore is one example that gamified the data collection for business analytics. It means that billers enroll vendors into the BILL system for free transactions and those vendors do the same for their vendors and so on. The higher the score the more benefit to the business. Bill.com has been a big success.
