Collaboration
Ayse Birsel said it perfectly, “Everything we see around us in daily life was designed by a designer using deconstruction and reconstruction.”
Lily AI had a solid deep tagging service it provided to its enterprise customers. The customers needed a way to experience the data stories live and to chart tag performance over time in order to plan their seasonal retail campaigns. We needed to define the product. Here is a glimmer of how I took utilized the principles of deconstruction/point of view/reconstruction and expression to help our teams provide vital input to the product framework.

Lily AI SaaS Soup Workshop
In this workshop, we pulled it all apart and challenged assumptions, came clean with agendas, and in a room with markers and endless paper we defined the most vital needs of the customer. We mapped the ideas to execution paths and discovered the best possible pathways to meeting business key metrics while reinforcing customer retention rates.
