As their first head of product design, I helped Lily Ai create an in-depth UX design and engineering production and customer success support process that supported the making of the Lily Ai Platform. Health plans and health systems come together to provide patients with a quick and efficient way to assess symptoms and get a recommended care venue, appointment, and cost comparison 24/7. Health plans struggle with providing members with real-time information within the tools regulated for finding a care venue. In particular, the ability to assess symptoms and route members to the 'right' venue while providing choices based on cost and care recommendations from your mobile phone.

BILL Online Accounting Service Software
Bill.com is a provider of cloud-based software that automates back-office financial operations for small and midsize businesses. My role as Sr. Experience Designer was to multitask solutions daily for a seamless customer sign-up and onboarding process. eScore is one example that gamified the data collection for business analytics. It means that billers enroll vendors into the BILL system for free transactions and those vendors do the same for their vendors and so on. The higher the score the more benefit to the business. Bill.com has been a big success.

I was with Macromedia for two years charged with the role to create the initial UI with the Video Arts product team. I had the honor of working with the original creator of Adobe Premiere, Randy Ubillos who led the engineering team. Initially, the goal was to create a standard-setting UI for the National Broadcast show. Apple purchased the product and this foundation design survived 7 market cycles. Microsoft Interactive TV
Mediaroom (before being acquired by Ericsson) was a collection of software for operators to deliver IPTV subscription services, including content-protected, live, digital video recorder, video on demand, multiscreen, and applications.
As part of the HCI team as a product designer, the goal was to discover a new experience for Mediaroom TV service providers like AT&T and Deutsche Telekom to integrate with Xbox Live. What would the processes, workflows, and life-cycle of a new subscriber to both one of these services look like?
